At 44 Outdoors, LLC, we believe in providing our customers with the highest level of support, and our warranty is just one way we demonstrate that commitment to get you back on the water as quickly as possible.
LIMITED WARRANTY
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
WE WARRANT THAT, FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH OUR WEBSITE WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP.
WE LIMIT THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS IS LIMITED TO REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND AS DESCRIBED BELOW. NEITHER ANY PERFORMANCE NOR CONDUCT, NOR ANY ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION, STATEMENT OR ADVICE PROVIDED BY US OR ANY OF OUR SUPPLIERS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES WILL CREATE A WARRANTY, OR IN ANY WAY INCREASE THE SCOPE OR DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
Who May Use This Warranty?
This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser of a product and it does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee.
What Does This Warranty Cover?
This limited warranty covers, during the Warranty Period (as defined below), defects in materials and workmanship in products purchase through our Website.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This limited warranty does not cover any defects or damage due to: (a) transportation; (b) improper storage; (c) improper use; (d) failure to follow product instructions or perform preventative maintenance; (e) modifications or alterations; (f) combination or use with any products not provided by us; (g) unauthorized repair; (h) normal wear and tear; or (i) external causes such as accidents, abuse, neglect or other actions or events.
What Is the Period of Coverage?
This limited warranty starts on the date of purchase of a product and lasts for one year (the “Warranty Period”). The Warranty Period is not extended if we repair or replace a product. We may change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.
What Are Your Remedies Under This Warranty?
If we determine that a product fails to conform to and is covered by this limited warranty, we will, in our sole discretion, either: (a) repair or replace such non-conforming products (or the non-conforming part) free of charge; or (b) refund the purchase price of such non-conforming products.
If we determines that your damaged rod is not covered by this limited warranty, we may, in our sole discretion, contact you to provide the option of purchasing a replacement rod at a reduced cost pursuant to our replacement policy below.
How Do You Obtain Warranty Service?
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at the44outdoors@gmail.com or call us at (256) 337-7141. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary instructions.
When contacting us, please have your order number and a detailed description of the issue ready. We may also request photos or videos to better understand the problem. A dated store receipt or proof of purchase is required and a condition of any warranty claim.
**Please note:
The original rod (including all broken pieces) must be returned in order to process a warranty or replacement claim.
There is a flat $25 shipping fee required for ALL warranty replacements.
Once we receive your warranty claim, our team will assess the issue and determine the appropriate course of action.
We strive to process warranty claims as quickly as possible, but please allow for some time for us to assess the issue and provide a resolution. Our goal is to get you back on the water enjoying your outdoor adventures without unnecessary delays.
Limitation of Liability
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE OBLIGATION AND LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. OUR LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND THE REPLACEMENT POLICY BELOW WILL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT THAT YOU PURCHASED THROUGH THE WEBSITE, NOR WILL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, REPUTATION, REVENUE OR PROFIT, ANY DIMUNITION IN VALUE, COSTS OF REPLACEMENT GOODS, OR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLAY OR PUNITIVIE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.

REPLACEMENT POLICY
For TigeRodz fishing rods that are no longer within the Warranty Period, or rods broken or damaged by you, we offer a non-transferable, one time only replacement policy. A dated store receipt or proof of purchase is required for this replacement policy to apply. If you need to replace a rod under this replacement policy, a replacement fee will be charged. The fee amount varies depending on the series of the rod (see chart below):
